You don’t have time to sit in a waiting room or coordinate rides while your car’s in the shop. That’s why we bring the work to you—your driveway, your office parking lot, wherever your car happens to be.
Most windshield replacements and repairs get done the same day you call. If your vehicle has a front-facing camera, we recalibrate the ADAS system on-site so your safety features actually work when you drive away. No second trip, no guessing if it was done right.
Your insurance usually covers windshield chip repair at 100% with no deductible. We handle the paperwork directly with your insurance company, and you’ll know what’s covered before any work starts. You’re back on the road with a lifetime warranty on the installation, which means if something’s not right, we fix it.
We’ve been serving Hampton Bays and Long Island since 2016, built on more than 20 years of hands-on auto glass experience. You’re working directly with the owner—not a call center, not a different technician every time.
Every installation is Dinitrol certified and backed by New York State mobile shop certification. That’s not marketing language—it’s the standard that insurance companies require because it means the work is done with the right materials and the correct process.
Hampton Bays drivers deal with road debris from construction zones, salt and sand in winter, and the occasional rock kick-up on Montauk Highway. A cracked windshield isn’t rare here, and neither is needing it fixed fast without disrupting your whole day.
You call or text with details about your vehicle and the damage. If you’re going through insurance, we verify that information right away so you know what’s covered and what you’ll pay, if anything.
We schedule an appointment at your location—home, work, or wherever the car is parked. Most common windshields are in stock, so same-day service is typical unless it’s a rare vehicle or specialty glass.
We remove the damaged windshield and install the new one using OEM-equivalent glass and Dinitrol adhesive systems. If your car has a forward-facing camera for lane assist, collision warning, or automatic braking, we recalibrate the ADAS system on-site using certified equipment. This step is required after windshield replacement on newer vehicles—without it, those safety systems won’t function correctly.
The adhesive needs about an hour to cure before you can drive. You’ll get a lifetime warranty on the installation, and if there’s ever an issue with the work, we handle it directly.

Windshield replacement covers removal of the damaged glass, installation of OEM-equivalent replacement glass, and proper sealing with certified adhesive. If your vehicle is equipped with ADAS technology—lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking—we include camera recalibration as part of the replacement process.
Windshield chip repair works for damage smaller than a quarter that hasn’t spread into cracks. The resin injection process stops the damage from spreading and restores structural integrity. Most insurance policies cover this at 100% with no deductible because it’s considered preventive maintenance.
We also handle sunroof glass, door glass, and back glass replacements on-site. The same mobile service applies—you don’t need to bring the vehicle anywhere.
In Hampton Bays and across Suffolk County, ADAS-equipped vehicles are becoming the standard rather than the exception. That means recalibration isn’t an add-on service—it’s a required part of windshield replacement. Without it, your car’s safety systems can malfunction or fail completely, and you won’t necessarily get a warning light.
Most comprehensive auto insurance policies in New York cover windshield replacement with little to no out-of-pocket cost. If you have a deductible, it typically applies unless the damage is a chip that can be repaired—those are usually covered at 100% with no deductible because fixing a chip prevents a full replacement later.
We verify your insurance information before any work starts, so you’ll know exactly what’s covered and what you’re responsible for. We handle the claim paperwork directly with your insurance company, which means you’re not stuck navigating the process on your own.
If you’re paying out of pocket, you’ll get a clear price upfront based on your vehicle’s year, make, and model. There are no surprise fees or upselling once the work begins.
ADAS stands for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems—the cameras and sensors that power features like lane departure warnings, adaptive cruise control, and automatic emergency braking. Most vehicles made after 2018 have at least one forward-facing camera mounted behind the windshield.
When your windshield is replaced, that camera’s position shifts slightly, even if it’s just a few millimeters. That’s enough to throw off the calibration, which means your safety systems won’t work correctly. You might not get a warning light, but the systems can fail when you actually need them.
We recalibrate the camera to the manufacturer’s specifications using specialized equipment and targets. It’s not optional—it’s required for the safety systems to function. In New York, if your vehicle has ADAS and the calibration isn’t done after windshield replacement, you’re driving with compromised safety features. Insurance companies know this, which is why they cover calibration as part of the replacement process.
The actual installation takes about an hour, but the adhesive needs time to cure before you can drive—usually another hour. You’re looking at roughly two hours from start to finish for a standard windshield replacement.
If your vehicle requires ADAS calibration, that adds another 30 to 45 minutes depending on the system. We handle the calibration on-site, so you’re not making a second trip to a shop.
Windshield chip repairs are faster—typically 30 minutes or less. The resin needs time to cure under UV light, but you can drive away the same day without waiting for adhesive to set.
Same-day service is available for most vehicles because we keep common windshields in stock. If your car requires specialty glass or a rare windshield, it may take a day or two to source the part, but you’ll know that upfront when you call.
It depends on the size and location of the damage. Chips smaller than a quarter can usually be repaired if they haven’t spread into cracks and aren’t directly in the driver’s line of sight. The repair process injects resin into the damaged area, which stops it from spreading and restores the glass’s structural integrity.
Cracks longer than a few inches, damage that’s spread to the edge of the windshield, or anything in the driver’s direct sightline typically requires full replacement. Trying to repair damage that’s too extensive won’t hold, and it compromises your safety.
If you’re unsure whether your windshield can be repaired, a quick photo of the damage is usually enough for us to assess it. Repairs are faster and cheaper than replacements, so if it can be fixed, that’s what we recommend. But if replacement is the safer option, that’s what we recommend—not because it’s more profitable, but because a windshield is a structural component of your vehicle.
We provide mobile auto glass service across all of Hampton Bays, Suffolk County, Nassau County, and Queens. If your car is in the service area, we come to you at no additional charge for the mobile service.
That includes residential areas, office parks, job sites—anywhere you can safely park a vehicle for a couple of hours. You don’t need a garage or special setup. As long as there’s access to the vehicle and reasonable weather conditions, we handle the installation on-site.
Scheduling is flexible to work around your day. We offer early morning, midday, evening, and weekend appointments depending on the schedule. The goal is to make this as convenient as possible, because you’ve already got enough to deal with when your windshield is damaged.
Every windshield installation comes with a lifetime warranty on the workmanship. That covers leaks, adhesive failure, or any issue related to how the windshield was installed. If something goes wrong because of the installation, we fix it at no cost to you.
The warranty doesn’t cover new damage—if you get hit by another rock or your windshield cracks from something else, that’s a separate issue. But if the seal fails, wind noise develops, or water leaks in around the edges, that’s a workmanship issue and it’s covered.
You’re working directly with the owner, so warranty claims don’t go through a corporate system or get passed around between different locations. If there’s a problem, you call the same number, talk to the same person, and we handle it. That’s the advantage of an owner-operated service—accountability doesn’t get diluted across a chain of command.
